Terms of Use

Effective July 28, 2026

The short version: be kind, pay through the App Store, and remember that gift ideas are suggestions, not promises.

By downloading or using Wrapfox you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

Who we are

Wrapfox is an iOS app and this website, together helping you remember the days that matter and find gifts for the people you love. These terms cover both. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle; it's part of the deal too.

Your license to use Wrapfox

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wrapfox on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. Don't copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or build a competing service out of the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way.

Your account

Most of Wrapfox works without an account. If you sign in with Apple to use friends, wishlists, or events, you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time inside the app, which permanently removes everything we hold about you on our servers.

Subscriptions and billing

Wrapfox offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that raise how many people you can track. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, at the price shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings; the subscription stays active until the period you paid for ends. Billing, refunds, and receipts are handled entirely by Apple under the App Store terms; we never see your payment details.

AI gift suggestions

Gift ideas in Wrapfox are generated by AI. They're starting points, not guarantees: prices change, products go out of stock, and sometimes a suggestion simply won't fit the person you have in mind. Use your own judgment before buying anything.

Store and affiliate links

Wrapfox links out to third-party stores, and some of those are affiliate links that may earn us a small commission. The stores themselves are not ours: their prices, stock, delivery, and returns are between you and them, under their own terms.

Events, invites, and shared content

When you host an event, build a gift catalog, share a wishlist, or invite someone, you're choosing to share that content with the people you invite. Only share what you're comfortable with, and only invite people you actually want in. Don't use invites or shared content to harass anyone, impersonate someone, or post anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that abuse these features.

What we promise (and don't)

We work hard to keep Wrapfox reliable, but it's provided “as is”: we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a reminder will always fire (for example, if notifications are turned off on your device). To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending things

You can stop using Wrapfox at any time, and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these terms or harms other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (like limitations of liability) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and move the effective date above. Continuing to use Wrapfox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
